Waste Filtration and Presses

Effluent in any process can be problematic and expensive for factories to deal with.  With our simple waste system the majority of the solids can be removed and compacted making waste removal much easier and cheaper.

The waste is pumped from your peeling process to a parobilc screen which filters the excess water from the effluent.  Then, the solid waste enters the waste screw where it is compacted to squeeze more liquid out, before dropping into a waste container underneath the supporting frame with easy access platform.

The removal of solids over 0.3.mm is achieved.
This heavy duty auger system has an easy to adjust press plate that varies how dry the waste is.
