This automated coring machine removes the core from both red and white cabbages. Once the cabbage is placed into the machine, the cycle commences. The cabbage is then de-cored by the special rotating spiral coring knife, the knife then stops for safety reasons. The lifting system then lowers the cored cabbage, so it can then progress to the next stage of processing. The KB-A-N has a coring depth which can be adjusted to suit any variety of cabbage.
