Consultancy & Project Management
Effective Consultancy and Project Management is key to the success of any food production business solution. From concept to reality, Projx Services will deliver a solution to increase yield, shelf life and labour savings, whilst reducing waste.
Projx Services work alongside your business by holding regular meetings, liaising with contractors and suppliers, taking care of major and minor details before any equipment arrives to ensure a smooth installation and minimal downtime. Following installation we organise technical and non-technical training and help your business maximise from your new equipment.
Projx Services has technical expertise on matters such as, bacteriological concerns, correct use of preservatives, antioxidants and packaging methods to enhance product quality and maximise shelf life.
Computer Aided Design
Projx Services will work with you to design the best possible solution based on, the space available and maintaining good process flows while achieving good technical integrity. For each application we consider the raw material, how many process options are required throughout the production line and most importantly, the end product. We ensure minimal and suitable transfer points to treat the product as gently as possible and good operator and supervisor control points to ensure good flows. Waste flows are divided into usable and normal waste where possible and we take care of the divisions between low, medium and the high care environments. Our focus is on maximum yields, minimum labour, waste and effluent. Whether you have limited space in an existing location, or plan to build a new greenfield site, Projx Services will be able to help you.
Walls and Floors
Projx Services can help you with any insulated panel work that needs moving or building, including access doors and hatches being cut in. In addition, if you wish to create a processing area with a suitable sloped floor with drainage or require a platform built to enclose a sump tank and drainage, then our constructional engineers will be able to advise and supply the best option for your business.
Air and Water
Projx Services can provide your air and water supply needs. We can supply a new or upgraded system, including all associated components and pipe works. We supply regular service contracts to ensure your factorys’ air supply remains in good condition. We will recommend the correct equipment for your requirements and offer the option of high efficiency motors where possible. As we focus on the food industry we will install the correct pipework materials in the correct risk areas, within the appropriate areas. We provide small entry level compressors through to complete factory systems with auto backup, therefore supplying all your compressed air needs. We can also help you with any water and waste pipe requirements you may have.
Electrical Controls
Projx Services’ lines are designed so that the production staff have as much control as possible. We can supply a simple push button control panel through to a central full colour touchscreen PLC control cabinet with direct modem links to technical support with the equipment manufacturers. Remote panels around the line can also be useful.
