The Boxer automatically peels garlic quickly and delicately, minimising the manual operation and labour time. Once the clove has been opened by hand, the operator loads the machine with up to 5kgs. per load, then the Boxer quickly and softly peels each clove and immediately discharges the peel. This operation takes place within a preset time, and saves up to 90% of the time normally required for manual peeling. The abrasive disk can be removed easily and washed with water .
