The CC34 is a perfect compromise between a food processor and a vertical cutter. It is ideal for slicing, dicing, grating and cutting a range of products from, fruit to vegetables, bread, cheese, walnuts, mushrooms, etc. It can also be used for chopping, mincing, mixing and homogenising sauces, meats, vegetables, fruit, mayonnaise, pesto, purées, chocolate, mousses, dressings, etc. There are 4 speed settings; 500 and 800 rpm for the food processing application and 1,450 and 2,650 rpm for the cutting application. The machine is small and compact, so requires very little space.
