The Pioneer System Mono-Directional is ideal for peeling large amounts of potatoes in a quick, rational workflow. The process starts at the feeding hopper, where the potatoes are lifted up by a special elevator and conveyed to the peeler, where they are automatically washed and peeled, then deposited into the finishing vat, finally the potatoes are placed on a special chute and collected in a suitable trolley. This automated workflow reduces labour and preparation time, whilst increasing workspace and hygiene.
