Blast chiller

The Quick Frost blast chiller reduces the temperature of just cooked products to below 8°C, therefore avoiding bacteria, which develops between 8°C and 65°C. The Quick Frost enables large amounts of food to be stored, therefore reducing food loss and wastage.
