Due to the large range of cutting tools, the G-1500 is a great machine to slice, strip, dice or segment leafy vegetables, leeks, carrots, bell peppers, French beans, cabbage, etc. The Eillert ‘scissor principal’ obtains a perfectly cut product. The upper and lower belt has a ‘quick release system’ for cleaning or disinfecting. The ‘quick release system’ is extremely simple yet effective and guarantees fast changing times.
