Cabbage slicing machine

This cabbage-slicing machine has a wide infeed chute, which delivers the already de-cored cabbage onto the cutting disc. The knives mounted on the disc enable an excellent cutting result. The KS-900K has a cutting diameter of 900mm. and 12 knives, which are able to process cabbages of up to 330mm. diameter without them having to be pre-cut. The sliced cabbage leaves the machine through a wide outfeed chute.
