Eillert pre-washing system
The benefit of a pre-washing system is that the water in the washer machine, used later down the line, stays cleaner for a longer period of time. The pre-washing system has a spray bar situated over the vibratory deck, which sprinkles fresh water on the product – the water pressure can be adjusted to suit the requirement. Any attached sand and vegetable juices are soaked off, then the waste water is discharged by means of a central pipe.
