Salad and vegetable washer machine

The WASH is suited to both floating and non-floating salad and vegetable products. A number of pre-determined washing programs can be chosen, depending on the amount of dirt and product type. Amendments can be made manually or via the PLC. The machine has a double water-screw and an air injection that can be used if required. Automatic cleaning is carried out with the CIP (Cleaning In Place) system. This cleaning program commands water evacuation and flushing of the piping, after which it automatically refills the washer ready for a new production run.
