The revolutionary Jasa Bag-2-Paper packing machine can be used to sustainably pack dry products such as potatoes, onions, garlic, shallots, nuts, seeds and flower bulbs. The Jasa Bag-2-Paper bagger machine packs the product into an eco-friendly packaging. Unlike traditional packages which often have a plastic coating on the inside which makes them unfit for recycling, the Jasa Bag-2-Paper packaging is made from 100% paper without coating, so is suitable for recycling. The packages can be closed without sealing using the new technology for the vertical packaging machines.

The machine has a roll of paper inserted into the vertical packaging machine. The paper is perforated with holes to match your package design and requirements. It then applies a label to close the package later. A vertical closing strip is applied before the paper is folded around the filling tube. A special closing system finishes the bag by pressing the paper and label together and cuts it off at the same time. As there is no heat applied to seal the packaging machines, they are very energy efficient. This is not only good for the environment, but also reduces your operational cost.

The vertical packaging machine keeps working at the speed you’re used to; the machine is fast and easy to use. It is possible to change packaging material quickly, it is versatile to be used for plastic or custom-made packaging.
