The MS automatically forms equally shaped meat pieces with the same texture, desired weight and thickness in a fast and economical way. It is easy to change the size of the desired meat pieces, simply adjust the shaping discs, which go up to a maximum size of 22mm. Benefits of the MS include reducing labour and product waste, as well as, increasing hygiene as it becomes a less manual operation.
