The Pioneer Bi-Directional peeling assembly line enables the processing of up to 1,200kg. potatoes per hour. The process starts at the feeding hopper, this is when the potatoes are lifted up by a special elevator and conveyed to the peeler. The potatoes are then automatically washed and peeled, then placed into the finishing vat for the final phase; where the potatoes are placed on a special chute and collected in a suitable trolley. The machine is an effective peeling system which saves both labour and time.
