Nilma VCB – food processor

The VCB is able to process product of varying textures and liquid content. It is ideal for chopping, mincing, mixing and homogenising a variety of products, ranging from dressings to herb oils, butter, batters, mayonnaise, sauces, mashed potato, pâtés, desserts, processed meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, onions, parsley, walnuts, almonds, Parmesan cheese, mushrooms, chocolate, etc. It has two speeds, so it is possible to select which one most suits the product.
