Cleaning and Grading System: Ideal for vegetables and fruit

The Protec Roll Grading system cleans and grades vegetables and fruit, including tomatoes.

As the product moves along the line, the first set of rollers move the product, which in turn remove small sized rejects such as leaves, grass, pedicels, and other small items.

The second set of rollers help grade the product. Meaning, products bigger than a specified size move towards the exit, while smaller ones are collected in a second hopper. The size deemed as waste can be manually adjusted in the first set of rollers and the grade can be adjusted in the second set of rollers.
