The Vaphoor enables the steam cooked food to retain its nutritional value, therefore maintaining taste, consistency and appearance. It also significantly reduces cooking times, therefore reducing energy consumption. The Vaphoor is multifunctional as it can also be used for defrosting deep frozen or refrigerated food. The operator places the food in the cooker, sets the time and then closes the door. At the end of the cooking cycle the steam exhausts and the door automatically opens, the operator then locks the trolley against the steamer and takes out the racks of hot cooked food.
