8 – 16kg. loading capacity, depending on model
The FS is great for frying large capacities of French fries, prawn toast, savoury snacks, fish, etc. A timer controls the frying time, and when that has completed; the basket containing the product automatically lifts up out of the oil. The basket is then placed alongside the upper runners; the product can be then unloaded into the trolley by opening the bottom of the basket.
