The QuickSteam is able to cook vegetables, fish, meat, soup, etc. in just a few minutes due to its cooking pressure of 1 bar, equaling to 120 degree centigrade. The steam preserves the nutrients, flavour and presentation of the food. It is only half a metre square so, is compact and easy to fit in to a working space.
